Fiji will reopen as one of the world’s safest tourism destinations. Nearly every hotel and tour operator in Fiji is following Care Fiji Commitment protocols and Fiji Airways has achieved the highest possible COVID-19 Safety Rating with their Travel Ready program.
As of mid-October, 85% of adults in Fiji are now fully vaccinated, allowing us to be able to now welcome travellers again to our beautiful country from 1st December 2021.
We are proud to introduce the Care Fiji Commitment (CFC), a WHO-approved standard of best-practice health and safety measures for travel in a post-COVID world. Every tourism business will also have a dedicated Wellness Ambassador who is responsible for rolling out these enhanced health and safety measures across the business and keeping everybody safe.
The CFC also provides you with the reassurance that the only people you interact with on your travels will be vaccinated.
In recognition of the Care Fiji Commitment, the World Travel and Tourism Council recently declared Fiji as a ‘Safe Travels’ destination. You can be assured that when borders reopen, we will be ready to welcome you back!
