Located on the beach with sweeping ocean views, our all-day dining restaurant, Blu Bar & Grill, is the perfect day-to-night destination. Start your morning with our Super Breakfast buffet, and then relax poolside. You can also order a beach-club-style lunch featuring a range of burgers, bites, and "alive-and-kicking" healthy options. Join us in the evening for live entertainment and afterward, partake in the greens and grains buffet or choose from our à la carte menu.

Chantara Thai Restaurant

With a name that means, "moon water" in Thai, Chantara is our authentic Thai restaurant located on the lobby level. This restaurant offers a lush, verdant setting and an impressive deck area with a panoramic view of the resort's waterfall and landscaped gardens. Begin your day in style with an à la carte breakfast menu featuring barista-made coffee. For lunch, sample a variety of Indonesian-inspired dishes like pad Thai and basil chicken. In the evening, we offer a menu curated by our Thai-specialty chef, Anan Tumya.

Byblos "A Taste of Lebanon"

Boasting the motto "On Fiji Time," Byblos features a laid-back vibe that complements the homely style of Lebanese cuisine. Enjoy delicious Middle Eastern barbeque and dishes served in the mezze custom, which involves sharing generous portions among family and friends. If you need help choosing from the tempting menu, Executive Chef Georges recommends our mouthwatering traditional tabbouleh, hummus, fresh saj bread, and mashawi. Don't miss this unique in-the-water dining experience located in one of the resort's lagoon pools. On arrival, take a seat at your table, cool your feet in the water, and enjoy some "Fiji time" with the traditional Kava ceremony. Afterward, Fijian warriors serve guests a delicious three-course meal, which is accompanied by Fijian serenaders and a spectacular fire show.
